Ah yes. The 10 to 16 hour days for 6 or 7 days a week! I did that for 15 years. Finally decided that enough is enough. Now work a much better day and taking my 15 years of weekends off a day at a time. Sometimes being one of the owners of the company is a good thing. Good thing I really like what I do (software development).

I did my time getting up at 4:00 AM…now I get up at 10:00 see my first client at 1:00 and get to walk at the park by 5:00…..
