what’s in fashion any given season is what some guys in Paris decided would be in 6 months ago. I never pay any attention to it, and can’t understand why people spend their hard earned money trying to keep up with a few fashion designers.

This is going to be the stores after we’re all able to go out again. I can’t imagine many are buying much now, other than the essentials.

That is what sales are all about – move out the old stuff so we can display new stuff so those trying to keep up with fashion will come back and buy some more. Works whether it is clothes or cars or . . .
Happy Thursday – even though we got about 15cm (6") of wet snow overnight. Looks a lot like Christmas outside. My neighbour even came over and plowed the driveway. I suspect it was more from his need to get out of the house for a while than the need to move the snow. After all, the snow will melt eventually.
