I’m all for recycling and saving the planet but sometimes there’s nothing you can do but stay the coarse you’re already on because it would be more detrimental to you and your life to do anything else. And for Irving and Cathy, this is one of those times. With his penchant for the latest, greatest electronic gadgets and her shopping addiction for clothes, shoes and hand-bags, they’re probably just barely making their car payments every month (right along with everything else) as it is. Trading in two perfectly good cars for practically nothing when they still owe almost $38,000.00 on them just to get their hands on ONE overpriced Prius in or-der to save a little bit of money on gas consumption? That’s absolutely crazy and ought to be one of the many definitions listed under the word “insanity”! :-/
