A pain where…?

At Opal’s age, it ain’t just Earl. We reach an age where we wake up every day with a pain somewhere.The two good things about that are… we wake up… and we actually, feel something !

That is better than what he married.

You had that coming, Earl, For trying to add guilt to her misery! Looks like that pillow is too firm — it’s still plump after she slept on it.

some days i wake up grumpy…other days i let her sleep!

To Opal: If I could be your pillow, it would be such a dream come true,to get to soothe your pain,and spend each night alone with you, Love Earl.

I guess I woke up too late. I had such clever comments to make re: this strip and everyone beat me to it.

I don’t have to be their age to wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed.

I’d love to wake up with Grumpy – cat that is. I love that sweet cat with the perpetual frown!

Earl wakes up every morning with a pain in the butt.

Hahahahaha! Opal, you go girl!

And now she has TWO!

Earl and Opal have a pillow fight.

Could see that one coming.

Opal will get relief tonight. That pain will sleep on the couch!

She is a mean woman. Josh I don’t think he will be on the couch though.

Earl is just a saint. He has a lot to put up with
