    for a long time Dick Chaney didn’t have a pulse either, and many question the presence of a soul as well.

    Dick Chaney with a pulse?? I’m surprised that he was able to last the entire Bush presidency without suffering a major life ending heart attack. Hope all who’s registered go out and do their civic duty and cast their vote

    Have a pulse? I think all politicians have a pulse, maybe be VERY slow, but a pulse. Now if it was have a BRAIN, then you might have a case for politicians, of couses some mabe 1 dead brain cell, but it’s there.
