I hated all the classes but liked to run. I now just like swimming laps alone at night. I get my excercise with dumbbells and ankle weights and do a good all-round mix for the whole body/
My son, then my daughter did this. Many a day have I turned my car around after driving 10 minutes towards work (a 30 min drive) and went back to the house to get the missing item to drop off at school. Sigh…
back in the day it was volleyball, tennis, basketball and every neighborhood baseball game that would let a girl play…now its 8 ball pool, cards, swimming, walking along the river thats about 100 yards from my back door, and running to drs. appointments…lol…

I have played volleyball 1x week for the past 16 years. I’m also a green belt in TKD. If I could just get that darn spinning jump crescent kick down.
