Is that thing meant to represent a giant finger? Been watching it as it went up, it’s pretty ugly.

Made out of cardboard so that jets can ram through it with little financial impact.

I hope they find enough buisness to fill the office space that is in that sky scaper.

So does this mean that some radical christians are going to blow it up?

Maybe they should put some petals on top of it.

I found this cartoon amusing. I have very little sympathy for Dubai but know its “slave” class workers will suffer even more.

My cousin worked as an office manager in Dubai. He’s just moved over to Qatar. ;-)

Motivemagus, the Burj Khalifa does look like a stack of coins, at least in that image. Wish I had a stack of coins like - but not to be greedy, I’d gladly settle for a model on a scale of 1 to 1000 !…
