In this case, the kids are brats and the mom is clueless about how to handle it. It’s not always like that.

Um, how is a crying baby a brat? She’s upset, and she doesn’t know from brat. And what’s Alix supposed to do? Seems she’s doing the best she can. I won’t get into Max or Holly, but I do know that even the best moms can’t always handle everything.
