Actually, this is not a “funny” cartoon. The damage done by years of hits is a serious issue. Moore is wise to bring it up and raise awareness, even through humor.

Canadian Football all-star, Terry Evanshen, lost his entire life prior to a concussion in an accident. This panel is a reminder, but hardly humourous.
