I literally don’t know any Republicans any more. The ones I used to know have fallen off the knife edge of “real republican” into either “sigh, gotta vote Democrat, dammit” or the cult of Q.

100% are gullible enough to believe their stimulus check is in the mail, Mexico paid for the border wall and China is paying for the tariffs.

Even worse is that almost 100% approve of the Trump and Rudy show as a means of disenfranchising urban minorities. The protests are few and far between.

Is this what they mean by an “originalist” interpretation of the Constitution?

What straw man/woman will take Biggest-Loser Trump’s place? Trumpanzees and the alt-right need someone to tell them how to think and act.

And, in the rest of the world that cares.. 98% is amazed (and shocked) at just how quickly a supposedly intelligent nation can be taken over by a cult. My guess, is that they were not that intelligent to begin with, but it does speak to the power of propaganda. Strategic placement of stooges in the media is paramount to winning.

The situation in rural America has been deliberately designed by 1%ers to produce MAGAts. They own the news outlets that broadcast the conservative propaganda, and use them specifically for that purpose. In some states, you can’t get much else, and the talk radio is even more insane than Faux news. A lot of the people who are in the Faux bubble would really have to put out some serious effort to get some contact with reality, while they are constantly bombarded with conservative propaganda, including out and out lies. And, the people they have coffee with, go to church (or the bar) with etc are dealing with the same situation. That means that real people that you know and trust are backing up what you are getting from the propaganda machine. Unless you are a really intelligent, involved person, you are going to accept the world you see, unaware that it has been paid for and organized by people who are working against your best interests.

Now, consider the possibility that the world you live in is not only being exposed as fake by the real news agencies, but Faux news has now decided they can’t keep up the hoax and will have to get real on a somewhat regular basis. You are faced with the situation of having lived in a farce your entire life. Can you imagine how frightening that would be? Especially to a person who is retirement age and the world they have lived in their entire life isn’t real? Yes, it is somewhat amusing if you are a really nasty person, but if you aren’t take some pity on them and try to help them. They didn’t create the problem, the 1%ers did, and our hating each other is just what the rich need to keep us from noticing that our actual hatred should be for them.

100% of magats think Trump is the best President ever. Margin of error, 100%.

The woman who claims that Dominion voting machines were supposed to flip Trump votes to Biden votes, but failed due to a programming glitch is missing this point.

There are only two modes of failure. The first is that no votes were flipped meaning that Biden got more votes fairly. The second mode is that votes were flipped from Biden to Trump meaning that Trump lost even with fraud being committed on his behalf.

The pollsters will jump on this second failure mode since it means the polls were correct.

Even with the evidence of his insanity and fascistic tendencies (having his goons beat up dissenters at rallies in 2016—there are the many examples we all know) a certain percentage of Democrats voted for Trump. Republicans alone could not have elected him. We need a therapy for a nation of highly suggestible dazed people.
