what happened to the sunday comic!!! NO SUNDAY COMIC!!!! I’ll sue!!!!
chireef, just go back a day, they update at 1:00 AM, it is Monday after all.And my doesn’t that look toasy in that bed. I know the feeling.
Something or someone has ruined my case, it is looking now like Calvins case! I cannot pull in the push trays!
I’m with Calvin on this one!
Cry and protest!!
Tough call, but Moms going to help you make up your mind. She can be so cruel sometimes.Let her know you are in charge of your life.
Reason for absence: lack of temperature equalibrium.
Oh, I so agree with you, Calvin!
Anybody get the strip for Sunday? I missed it.
They skipped Sunday…I always check at 1am
It’s snowing very lightly!
I’ve hit my data limit for the month, so this will take a little while. But I’ll get Sunday’s up in a few minutes.
Assuming these are in their original order, here y’all go:">
Today Calvin has helped me to better appreciate my retirement.
If you can’t read it:
There were two ways to resolve our differences. I ruled out thoughtful discussion.
Foolish Amazon, I am only toying with you.
Yeah? Well, toy with this!
The hyper-phase distortion blaster!?
I could feel my spine shatter. It hurt. A lot.
Next-ish: “Injuries to go.”
Mom: No you don’t. There’s too much violence on TV. Why don’t you go read something.
Do you suppose GoComics found it too violent?
Close the window!
I wish I could say that, Calvin.
I love the way Hobbes is tucked in so carefully! He looks sooo comfortable.
what is happened yesterday…?
Missed you yesterday Calvin, lovely to see you today. You bring smile on my face
true that. unless, you think blizzard white out conditions, with wind gusts of 30 mph, and 20 degrees with -20 windchill is a good thing.
@thebird55: Thanks for posting the Sunday comic, but it looks like that one came from GoComics of 1993, and they have the Sunday comics out of sequence during that time period. The one that was supposed to post yesterday is the one that Top Cat posted on New Year’s Day, with Hobbes examining the snowmen that Calvin has built. It was originally published January 3, 1993. Today’s strip is from January 4, 1993.
perfect comic for today.
Christmas vacation is over.Get your pa-toot-ie out of bed!!
I have my thermostat set to go off about 20 minutes before we get up. Nice in the house then. If they chose not to do that Sunday comic because of recent events – then I applaud them. Too many little kids read this.
Surely, Mom will turn up the heat!
I feel so bereft without my daily comic — glad it wasn’t just a glitch on my end. And if it’s so cold, why is the window open?
I’d be content to get up when the rest of the room is as warm as under the sheets.
There has been many mornings that I have felt like that.. Not many of those mornings did I have the option of going back to sleep..
I always feel like that when my alarm clock goes off.
I know Calvin’s feeling here.
That can be arranged, Calvin. You see that window over there… ;-)
Our thermostat warms up the house in the early morning so that getting out of bed is comfortable – then lets it drop back down to 60.
He’s has to get up for school, but if it was Saturday he’d jump out of bed to go play in the snow!
Sunday’s strip has finally appeared.
open the window and even it out
In Arizona, we say “I’m not going out until it’s as cool as it is in here!”
I’m always freezing in the mornings. And it’s always dark. One should not have to go to school when there are still stars in the sky.
If life was only that easy.
Calvin, you don’t seriously think your mother’s going to allow you to lay in bed and miss school for the next 3 months or so, do you?!
What is with these scam ads? “I work from home and make $13,000 a month”? Comics.com has to pay the bills, but these ads are by criminals.
Yeah, what DID happen to the Sunday strip
I think that some people may not realize that the comic I posted is an original Calvin & Hobbes, not a “mash up”.
It’s there now.
The odd thing is, I saw Sunday’s strip on Sunday at about 9.30 AM CET. Then it vanished. Now it’s back.
I know the feeling, Calvin. I know the feeling.
Um…then how did I just read the Sunday one?
Mom, open the window please.
