not what the job center man had in mind, but that’s Andy for you
Just being helpful
No job is too big for our Andy to pass up!
The kid’s young and naive, he will learn.
With unemployment currently at 9.1% in Hartlepool, that poor lad doesn’t stand a snowball in hell’s chance of finding a job… Good on you Andy…
I really enjoyed taking part in yesterday’s comments and remembering (as my good friend Pcolli said) the good old days when great comics were plentiful.
I had a harsh childhood but looking back and analysing myself, my comics served as an ‘escape’. Today’s kids have play stations and social media.
Read the sign, lad: it reads ‘job centre,’ not ‘betting centre.‘
Just tryin’ to keep the lad happy.
One more person he can hit up for a drink at the pub later on.
@A Common Tater.
Love The Goons and Hancock. I’ve started listening again to what still exists of The Goon Show starting from Series 2 with Michael Bentine.
Hope he gets a job quickly! I’m sure he will.
Andy always has and always will be a scrounger.
I absolutely love heavy rain. I rarely put my hood up and never use an umbrella when I’m out in it because I don’t mind getting wet at all.
Anyway, the perm I currently have in my hair is gradually dropping but when it gets wet in the rain, it’s totally revived. So that’s why I don’t put my coat hood up or use an umbrella.
My day was great. Had to get up early but it was wonderful to be able to go straight back to bed. Some people find it hard to go back to sleep but not me. Never.
At least he appreciates Andy’s offer.
