“Rhodey” Rhodes (aka War Machine) was two different actors, but I get the point. But this new Joker movie seems promising, with the Travis Bickle-style protagonist. Added bonus: I’m pretty sure Joaquin Phoenix is actually crazy, which will lend a certain realism.

I’m sorry, Tauhid, that Spiderman was an awful movie. I only stayed with it so I could say I did.

You’re not wrong, Jamal. At least about Hugh and RDJ. I kinda got behind the curve with Spiderman. . .

What? No love for Caesar Romero?

Easy answer: One was okay but is now too old. One who was excellent. but tragically died. And one was so terrible, recasting was necessary. Kind of like Spider-Man. Recast until you get it right.

This is not a comic book movie. It’s completely disconnected from the DC Universe. It looks to just be a depressing story of a quiet man being driven insane by the more cruel aspects of society.

Easy solution here is to NOT sit through it.
