    I propose the following:

Compare the two strips if you can !

Wow, you really want to be banned from here. That topic is strictly forbidden for obvious reasons.

Banned? Forbidden? We’d just as soon people judge WD on its own merits, but we don’t deny that comparisons are made. Of course, there are numerous strips about families, kids, dogs and/or cats, and no one insists that they be compared. So why should we set some arbitrary, artificial limit to the number of allowable office strips? And there were plenty of office strips before Dilbert.

I like and read both strips, but if faced with a choice of one over the other, I would choose Working Daze. I enjoy the interaction with the ensemble characters, and especially the Trekkie nerds. Nice wedding, by the way.

Rita doesn’t have enough focus to be offended for long. Hope she picks that choice. Jay deserves the cash.

I think that Jay is lucky he got away with that comment. Usually when he makes comments like that he winds up in the artic or some other just as miserable place. With the whole Dilbert vs. Working Daze thing, I just couldn’t get into Dilbert. I guess my sense of humour just couldn’t adjust to that style. Whereas Working Daze is one of my favourite strips & has been from almost the beginning. (I started reading it just towards the end of the first artist to draw the strip), Keep up the great work.

Be flattered Rita! There’s optimism in the air. And of course ask for a cut.

Well, I think we really need to lobby for a story arch where Rita meets the Pointy-Haired Boss and they recognize themselves as soulmates. Maybe a trading wives type show with the strips trading bosses, although I’m not sure that either would notice the difference. Certainly neither company would suffer any more than usual.

Something tells me that Rita is about to get a case of the “big head” when this new app takes off. Even more than she already has. Then, when she gets sued by the Angry Bird people, she can blame Jay for it. There goes his winnings.

Rita and Pointy-Hair Boss have souls?

Heck, I talked to Scott Adams right after WD launched so Dilbert is far from taboo here. Heck pointed hair guy and Rita are soul mates.

She’ll want a cut. He shouldn’t count his money at the table.

Yes – they each only have half souls, so when you put them together it approximates a whole one.
