A front-loading “fanny” pack that disappears until you need it? (None in the first panel). Not a bad idea.

Snort. Anyone who’s been on a hike knows how handy those things are. Embarassing, indeed…

I know it’s a comic, but Rodney certainly has his legs in a different orientation than the rest of us. And his body is beyond belief.

Take the first panel as being drawn anatomically correctly and try and imitate his stance as drawn.

It was one of those cardboard bears the rangers put up for the tourist, and, it blew away..

Probably at his left side in Panel 1, and he turned it to the front between panels.

Today’s strip is a Kodiak moment that you can show to your bi-polar nephew Teddy, who’s listening to Smokey Robinson while watching the Cubs in his dorm room at Brown University!

I started using a fanny pack when I ended up in a wheelchair. Because of the angle my pockets are in I kept loosing things when I was in my wheelchair, plus it was hard to get things in my back pockets so I started using a fanny pack so I wouldn’t lose things, and now it’s so convenient I keep using it.
