An atheist went to Scotland and decided to swim across Loch Ness. Halfway across the lake, the Loch Ness Monster suddenly appeared. The atheist panicked and shouted, "Jesus, help me!” The monster disappeared.
Then, from somewhere in the Scottish skies, a deep voice said, “You don’t believe in me, but you asked for my help?”
The atheist looked up and said, “Well, ten seconds ago, I didn’t believe in the Loch Ness Monster either!”

‘We did find a fake head on a surfboard!’
(See photo above, that was revealed to be a hoax, like the photo of Bigfoot … wearing a wristwatch.’

Loch Ness is very deep, and the bottom is so uneven that they’ve never been able to prove conclusively Nessy isn’t there. Far too many places for something to hide. However it is NOT so large that a breeding population could remain hidden and the monster would have to be practically ageless for one to be responsible for the legend. Simple logic really. However Wilson Bob Tucker once said; “Don’t let the facts get in the way of a good story.” =)

Ah, but there are those who argue that there may be links to the sea. If you look at a map of Scotland, that is clearly quite possible.

Well, the lake (or Loch) was a lot younger when the Wiz was taking his dip, don’t ‘cha think? I imagine she’s grown quite a bit since then!
