Isn’t gluten only a problem if you have celiac disease?

GMOs on the other hand have some pretty nasty effects. The explosion in soy allergy in kids, for example.

I keep wondering if GMOs were responsible for that epidemic of stomach arteries letting go about 2 years ago.

It’s not the calories that get you, it’s the saturated fat.

If you go on a gluten- free diet, and you are not gluten-intolerant, then you can become gluten-intolerant, says the Mayo Clinic.

Celiac is undiagnosed in many. And technically, wheat(gluten), is a GMO. What we eat today is way different from the wheat of the 40’s and prior. It contains far more gluten and acids.

Celiac is in 1% of the population. A remnant of how we were before we started eating grains.

Too much sugar isn’t natural for us. On average 46 pounds per person. Gone up from 42 LBs only a few years ago.
