Isn’t gluten only a problem if you have celiac disease?

GMOs on the other hand have some pretty nasty effects. The explosion in soy allergy in kids, for example.

I keep wondering if GMOs were responsible for that epidemic of stomach arteries letting go about 2 years ago.

It’s not the calories that get you, it’s the saturated fat.

If you go on a gluten- free diet, and you are not gluten-intolerant, then you can become gluten-intolerant, says the Mayo Clinic.

Celiac is undiagnosed in many. And technically, wheat(gluten), is a GMO. What we eat today is way different from the wheat of the 40’s and prior. It contains far more gluten and acids.

Virtually everything we eat is genetically modified. What do you think selective breeding and hybridizing are. Genetic modifications, of course.
