Joanna Lumley did a series of shows about the Nile.
She and her guide hacked through the jungle in Rwanda and came to the source of the Nile. Water came out of a cave with a crocodile guarding the entrance.
Beside the crocodile was a hand painted sign that said :SOURCE OF THE NILE.
