He started out empty, because of the Tea Party, and now what is he to do?

According to Bonehead, we can’t afford any of this stuff because America is broke. But do continue to vote Republican!

How about we have a “We’re getting the heck out of Afghanistan RIGHT NOW” sale?
Bet we could save some money THAT way!

All failed policies and you want to buy them?

@sw10mm
“Jobs” is a failed policy? I don’t think I want what you’re selling, sw10mm. Every thing here would be good for America, but the GOP’s top priority is to make sure that America fails under Democratic presidents. It’s no wonder their approval is worse than when they lost the last election. They are actively seeking failure, in the hope that it makes them look like a better alternative.

Toles is too funny making fun of Crybaby Boehner being broke, but then the tea baggers bankrupted him and our country. Time for the tea baggers to become extinct in 2014 so we no longer have the laziest drunk speaker of the house in history.

“jobs” well 8% is the new 5% in unemployment, the “new norm” according to Obama.
“Pre-school” Well Head start has been proven a failure so why not just double down on it, it makes people feel good and all. We already spend more and more on education tests.
“Climate” well I wonder if there are any other Failed solar companies that W passed on that Obama can use as pay offs? I wonder if Obama can find anymore pay offs to the likes of Al Gory.
“Min. Wage hike” Job Killer
“manufacturer” Let us just bankrupt a few more coal plants and sick the EPA on some more “rich” that will bring back jobs in the USA.
“Gun Control” That 2nd admendment is like so out dated. Doing away with guns has done SOOOOOO well in cities like Chicago and DC so why not bring that murder rate to the rest of the USA.

The Teaparty has only been around for a few years the debt is over three decades old. How could the Teaparty (tea baggers) bankrupt the country?

Interesting tid bit, Boehner went out of his way to meet with Obama 1 on one last cycle. Something the Speaker does not do on a regular basis. This was to help Obama seem to be “bipartisan” Funny thing happened. Boehner found it very unproductive to meet with Obama. Obama had NOTHING new to bring to the table. So this time, Boehner said forget it it. Not worth his time and effort. Obama is so inflexible that it was best just to go back to the way things were.

Boehner said the strained relationship is just one sign that the president is removed from the legislative process. “It’s not just me. Talk to Pelosi, Reid, McConnell, members around here. The White House just isn’t engaged with Congress very much, from a presidential lever or frankly from a staff level.”
