   I remember that one ad page in almost every comic book. Never did get my x-ray glasses (my mother wouldn’t give me a stamp for the envelope — I already had the dime).

    Has anyone here ever read (or seen) a Grit newspaper? I remember the comic book ads but can’t say that I’ve seen a copy of Grit ever.

    I sold enough to get a brand-new 1960 Corvette plus a 2 week vacation in Rio, and a year’s subscription to Grit, America’s newspaper.
