   Don’t get so vexed, Vic. Do as I do, rip it out of the wall and throw it out the highest window in the Palace. You’ll feel so much better, I always do when an electronic device goes haywire.

   I shot a phone once; in the line of duty, of course. Unfortunately I wasn’t aiming for the phone, but everything worked out in the end except for all the ribbing I had to endure. No one was seriously injured although everyone was stressed.

    I shot my truck once ( off duty ) with the windows rolled up, going through the fire wall and narrowly missing my tire – my hand slipped as I was clearing the chamber in my .40 cal.
    To make matters worse, I was parked right next to a buddy, who was a DPS officer.
    He never let me live it down !
