twilight zone…a classic show. another rod serling classic. like night gallery. or, the outer limits. twilight zone used to be a staple on late night tv, but now it is dominated by infomercials.

I wish they’d air that program on TVLand.

I’d love to see what would happen to Her Maj if she watched a Mythbuster marathon.

“Presented for your consideration; A Comic Strip Starring A Long Dead Queen, and Her Friends!”
“Just ahead, It’s The Twilight Zone!”
(And no, there are NO Sparkly Vampires, or Muscleman Werewolves!)

One of my proudest possessions is the complete collection of Twilight Zone.

Our local “MeTV” affiliate carries TZ and other shows of various vintages. This week I watched an old monster movie with a host.

I’ve started watching Route 66 on our local retro TV but the late night hosts palying the bad movies is good too.

Check your cable listings for METV (memorable Entertainment Television). They are currently showing Twilight Zone at night after Perry Mason.

I concur. After attempting to plan recording some of my favorite episodes during a marathon and realizing I’d be recording almost constantly (and getting truncated eps), I decided to buy the Complete Collection boxed set. One of my wisest investments.

What blows my mind, in retrospect, is the incredible quality of the writing and the number of extremely talented writers who wrote the episodes.
I, too, purchased the box set and continue to enjoy the shows.

I rather like my complete boxed set of “The Prisoner”, with Patrick McGoohan, and my boxed set of the complete “Rocky and Bullwinkle” shows!
Also, “The Munsters” set, and “The Addams Family” series.

I’d like to see what Queenie and Eddie would look like if they started watching South Park.

I loved Burgess Meredith on that series, he did some great eps. IIRC, Richard Matheson wrote some on it, too.

It is being shown at various times on the MEtv channel. both comcast & fios have it on the very high numbered channels. Try 365 or 460 or 461.
