These fish are piranhas, fish that live in the Amazon river that are known for stripping the flesh off the bones of animals that fall into the water in a matter of seconds.

How would that be stressful to a piranha? I know what they are but not why this is funny. Maybe if it was Thanksgiving it would be funny!

“When the piranhas come back to Capistrano.” There’s something fishy about this bunch, but at least they work for scale.

I fell for that pun. Hook line and sinker.
At least I won’t get cod telling fish jokes here, even just for the halibut.
And by the way, that last pun smelt.
I will have to tuna you out for next time.

    I totally agree.
    []
Except, perhaps, I would have stated “why this should be funny.”
    []
I still don’t have it figured out.
    :(

When piranhas get into a feeding frenzy, they can even attack one another, so that is why they are not looking forward to another family reunion. Somebody’s going to get hurt.

I didn’t know that, so the joke was wasted on me – until you explained.

    Thank you.
