   Reebok, the Army, and the NFL have been working on various helmets and sensors.
   I think the best idea is a separate cap that has yellow and red LEDs that light up when hit with a certain force. The cap can be used with any helmet and hooked up to a computer by a USB prt to see which part of the cap received the hit.
