What’s funny is that blogs tend to be more professionally written than newspaper articles today. (I’ve done both at different times.) The typical newsie today partied through college and knows little about little, writing stuff that would be rejected only 20 years ago. The papers here in Oregon have typo after typo, grammar mistakes, and almost every page has some dumb error that would have been fixed if they took a few minutes to proofread (like the used to). Some of the blogs I’ve seen were by professionals in this or that field and they actually knew how to write.

I so much agree with you….what happended to writting a good “lead” paragraph? Don’t they teach that in journalism class anymore? It drives me nuts to have to read two or three paragraphs just to find out what the article is about.

Opppps, sorry about the spelling error. Way too early for me to be typing this morning.

Lots of hot air in the right-wing blogosphere, nothing but hot-air idiot-illogical lies.
