    Yes, Shoe: as an editor, and one who berates his chief columnist regularly, you should check your own grammar! “This country” is singular, therefore, use “is.” The ‘be’ verb doesn’t refer to the open minds. Y’know: subject-object and all that.

    I’m with the Guard SGT. We need to get rid of this entire administration and most of congress. And, yes, you may attack me with your contempt for any opinion but yous. I really do not care what you think and quite a few others do not either.
