How quaintly anachronistic: a “USA Today” newspaper vending machine outside the entrance to Spongebrain Cowpat’s! —Some restaurants, we just don’t really miss….

When P.J.Piehole’s turns up in Cul de Sac, we’ll learn that it’s a chain with giant masks and boats hanging over the tables.

Ah, the Smash n’Grab… the life saver of the on-the-road workforce.
On days when I had a supervisor ride along, I always made sure we stopped at the Smash n’Grab for lunch.
(Days when I was alone, I just pulled up in a park, ate a PB&J sandwich or tuna out of a tin and took a power nap.)

On a real food note they have something called "Mayoketchup"in the Caribbean. you guess it, mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup with a touch of garlic and olive oil. Not bad at all. over fried fish and fries.

Here in Utah ketchup and mayonaise mixed together is called “fry sauce”. The secret ingredient is a little dill pickle juice. They had a collectable fry sauce pin for the 2002 Winter Olympics.
