He might never have gone trick or treating again for fear that he’ll see Mrs. Godfrey again (however, I still think that Nate’s making too much fuss over it).
Nate really shouldn’t take this that seriously. It’s not really that much of a big deal yet Nate’s making such a fuss out of it which could be detrimental to his mental health.
The whole point of being in a relationship is so you can have fun together and support each other, not so you can be bored together.
The proper response would probably be to just ignore it as it isn’t that big of a deal.
That was purely fortuitous. Getting really lucky once doesn’t mean you’ll always be lucky so that isn’t really a good reason to try gambling at Las Vegas.
Too bad Nate doesn’t use his intellect for school. The difference between Nate and Ellen lies in the fact that although Nate has a higher I.Q. (Intelligence Quotient) than Ellen, he does not apply himself at school and only uses his intellect for immaterial things whereas Ellen is sedulous and works meticulously at school to earn high marks.

At least that user isn’t a hypocrite (that user spammed a lot before).
His “supportive” friends won’t let him shrug it off with their teasing.
Then Nate will get extremely embarrassed for liking the same TV show as his arch nemesis.
