   ear candling is a common practice in malaysia, the horror stories are exactly that, horrible.

   When i used to work in my own bar, if i was alone i kept my tips, if i worked alongside someone else, they got all the tips. I did the same when i managed bars as well, as the manager i would never take tips no matter how hard i worked if there was another bartender. As an owner, some people tipped and some didn’t
