Steve Dalton never had a cat

True that. My cat will sit and stare at me when it’s approaching breakfast time, and if I so much as twitch, there go the meows.

I swear that my cat was staring at the clock at one time … as if he could read it!

My cat is also a very good clock for her mealtimes. :)

I’m glad those atomic clocks are popular. There are atomic
watches as well. I plan to replace the house with most of them by summer.

to add more detail, it is the dog’s bladder that is the inner working of the clock

Dogtime is always fast. They keep trying to push meal-times earlier and earlier.

I only wish my sweet golden Rusty was still with us to remind us it was time for his walk. Such a sweetheart…miss him dearly.

In my case, it’s my cat. At least he’s reset his internal clock to wake me at 6 a.m. instead of 4 a.m. now.

Thank goodness my dog can hold everything completely through the night until at least 9:00 a.m. Treat time is a different story however. She only gets 3 of her favorite little “cookie” each evening — 1 hour apart — and I swear, she absolutely knows when that hour is up and it’s time for the next one! She’ll sit there and just look at us until we look at the clock or our watch and — sure enough — an hour will have passed by since she had the last one. She’s SUCH a smart dog!!!!! It’s a real pleasure being her earthly guardian!!!!!
