    Earl cut it off too soon. Pop music didn’t really die a permanent death until July 1st, 1989.

    By my calculations, Earl was probably 3 in 1941. That means when he was a teenager, he hated his own generation’s music. Hmmm.

    I just laugh when people my age say, " there’s no good music after 1960." Boy have they missed out. Loved that my boy was writing from Iraq asking for me to send him “classic” Metallica.
