I confess a certain fascination for Yard Crashers, Room Crashers, Pawn Stars and American Pickers. There is an educational aspect to these type of reality shows.

The only reality show I ever found interesting is “The Amazing Race”. We now are being inundated with cliff hangers for Hawaii Five O and others yet to be shown this week.
Amazingly, while shows on the regular channels are showing their last episodes for this season, PBS has now begun a new season of Masterpiece Mystery with Sherlock Holmes in a modern day setting. I guess PBS dances to their own time schedule.

Deadliest Catch, Ice Road Truckers, Ax Men, and just to mix it up Dancing with the stars. My reality shows. Have never seen Am Idol or Jersey whatevers or any housewife show.
