    This looks like an “oopsie” repeat.

    Why WOULD the Fifth apply to spelling tests?

    @TEMPLO S.U.D.

    Because you would be providing evidence against yourself that you can’t spell.

    In this case it’s worse. Phoebe would be proving she is a better speller than her friend Max.

    because its a 1st season rerun and in this time line Phoebe was trying to make a new friend and didn’t want Max to loose. I wounder what happened to the doge ball plot? Man its going to throw people off if we randomly jump back to a resolved plot point like Christmas or Bald Dakota or Summer camp or some thing. Well to be honest I have no consent of continuity over on Ozy and Millie so that one can repeat and I won’t catch it. Same with Big Happy. I hope things are ok back home for Dana. I also have a big worry of what happens if HN gets published and the paper readers need to start from the beginning and we don’t if we’ll have to read reruns, or worse yet, if Dana moves her strips to a pay site. I actuly like the community here, I would hate to have to not have you guys around if things moved to a pay site and I chose to read HN from the paper instead. On the other hand I could wait a few years, get HN as a cartoon series on any thing but CN that place is hopeless…and when HN goes national I’ll just grab the youtube reviewer community. But It won’t be the same with out at least one person talking about her horse. I liked those posts. Not to put one poster above the others, I like a lot of the regulars but Im off on a hypothetical situation here. . I’ll just say Phoebe got hit in the head with a doge ball and had a flash back, and Im glad it didn’t happen in last weeks story arch.

    I think Charlie Brown tried this, Phoebe. It didn’t work for him, either…

    Dunno why it was originally displaying a repeat! The correct strip is up now. <3

    I just got back here just in time to see Marigold’s dramatic rescue of Phoebe. Suspensful silhouettes, speed lines!, and a flattened foe. Bravo! At least until the gym teacher notes a punctured ball.

    The comments are weird if you come on after the mistake is fixed, where’s the button to show track changes. I was… ‘What are you people talking about?’ :D

    Love today’s strip tho’ Marigold is so sweet :-)

    Indeed—I’m glad that the only team sports we played in school were soccer (sometimes with a ball, at other times with a Frisbee!) volleyball, basketball, softball, and “three-eyed-cat” (similar to softball, but played using only first base). Dodgeball, by its very name, almost sounds like some primitive blood sport played in arenas in ancient times using a spiked ball—dodge it if you wish to avoid being killed or maimed! :-)

    At my school we called dodgeball “Bombardment”. That was a great save Marigold.

    : D Oh, Dana – this just gets better and better! The artwork, the drama, the characters… and always funny and charming. I’m in love with HN!
