Hmm, ask the average Afghan and they’d put Putin, “W” and Cheney, in exactly the same status. (Okay Putin didn’t personally profit as much as Cheney, or blow up a few hundred thousand civilians in Iraq.)

You claim to love freedom so much, yet rather than possibly agree with liberals at all, you then praise the man that was the ex head of the most dictatorial organization since the NAZI Gestapo. He was the former head of the Communist KGB. Or didn’t you even realize that??

The rainbow flag doesn’t mean “Gay” only with the Lambda symbol on it. It means we are all brothers and sisters no matter where we come from or what we believe or look like. Pisses me off that people make that mistake.

Seems to me you have a love affair with a dictator. Maybe you like it.Maybe you think the USA was on the wrong side in that war?

Warbucks only like some dictators and particular kind of dictatorships. Not unheard of. at one point Wm. F. Buckley suggested the USA would be protected from Communism by having a Fascist state. Some still do today.

“Putin is a far better MAN — a far better PATRIOT — a far better PROTECTOR But he’s still our bitter enemy and would destroy the country you love. Your admiration is misplaced.

    Noted.

But he does seem to reflect the views of some other people as noted here.

Of course there are some dissenters to his view in the US and in Russia

Some people will always admire the guy who makes the trains run on time…

    HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Putin moral? The man who assassinates journalists who bug him?
    HAHAHAHAHA!
You’re comparing Bush and Obama to the USSR and saying they are just as evil? Stalin? Killer of 20 million peasants (NOT counting his wartime incompetence)? He beat Hitler’s total by 8 million!
    HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Your performance art — your claims to academic credentials, your claimed knowledge of history — has finally reached total absurdist levels.
    You’re not a conservative OR a libertarian. You’re a political Dadaist.

    “has finally reached total absurdist…”
    ..
I no longer read the child’s posts, but it is quite obvious he is spouting the same claims of education.
Yes the claims are absurd, reading through a single post makes that clear.
But treating him as an adult? I do not think so, his beliefs are too childishly simple to be from a grownup with some experience in the world, not to mention ignorant of basic facts that come with education.
    ..
At least Ima varies his routine, sometimes in unsuspected directions in his search for reaction, occasionally amusing even.
But warbucks is way too lacking to hold attention.

Well, he says through “Plimouth Plantation,” which is not the same thing. Maybe his ancestors helped set up the visitor center. Or his ancestors came over on one of the later ships, as mine did.

Thanks for your remarks. You and I may disagree at times, but I’d like to give you credit for this post.

I’m of the opinion that he is simply not well. There’s no point debating with him, or really even in responding to him; he doesn’t come here for rational discussion, but just to vent.
