Considering what some people think free speech is, I wouldn’t make any assumptions yet.

A company is suing the State of Utah for banning those police cameras that record every license plate. They’re saying that by not allowing them to sell their product, it violates they’re right to free speech.

Like many Americans, Pastis has the right to remain silent… he just lacks the ability to do so.

Wonder if he knows the Obama administration is behind sending the FCC into news rooms to ‘monitor’ their news choices?

aHA! But that is the President making use of an extra-Constitutional Federal Agency. That is not the Congress passing a law. It is a regulation created by an unanswerable agency. If you wanted to cite the First Amendment, you would have to prove that the Congress created an agency to provide regulations that violated the First Amendment and that the creation of that, or of any Federal agency, bureau or commission was therefore a violation of the Constitution in as much as it allows regulations that are not subjected to Constitutional muster and a vote on the floors of the House and the Senate.
    Good luck with that!

The old guy next door always walks slowly once around his house before he sets off down the street for his daily stroll. I asked him why: he said, “That’s the pre-amble to my constitutional.”
