    I know, right? Met Life is so low.

    I’m surprised he didn’t keep up on at least the insurance on the Van Gogh

    As usually you didn’t read the fine print, Snoopy. Damn insurance companies.

    Insurance co. would have just said it was a “pre-existing condition”.

    Snoopy probably sent them the cans minus the dog food. That explains it all.

    Insurance companies began as criminal organisations around the 14th century and have spent over six centuries perfecting the protection racket. Wikipedia article was written by an insurance flack, and does not reflect history. The last four insurance commissioners in Louisiana were found or pled to racketeering while in office, and insurance companies in Louisiana spend more money delaying and avoiding paying claims than actual claims paid.

    @Linux0s

    “Pre-existing” conditions don’t apply to homeowner’s insurance (but the deductible does!).

    I don’t get this. Just because he didn’t pay his insurance premiums they burned his house down? How cruel. Well, at least now we know he wasn’t smoking in bed.

    Unfortunately, some insurance is required by law if you own a vehicle and like getting around. Doesn’t mean some people don’t pay it, but when they get caught, there’s a whole other kinda payment due.

    Yes it ran in September 1966 the first time according to the Snoopy’s Doghouse Wikipedia page. SPOILER!

    The Van Gogh is replaced with an Andrew Wyeth.
