The strip was written before the Depp movie, so Millie is expecting a lot of orange men instead of Deep Roy clones.

The song in “Dumbo” was about “Pink Elephants on Parade”. “Winnie-the-Pooh” sang about Woozles. (And heffalumps.) But they are from pretty much the same genre so your confusion is understandable.
