   Are they still around? I remember going to one once, probably 20 years ago. The local location I went to has since closed.

   When I moved to Minneapolis in 1977, they were all over town. I don’t think I’ve seen one for around 20 years…
   Dunkin’ Donuts locations are now seldom seen…

   Never heard of Winchell’s. But we’re happy with Tim Horton’s which are on every other block here in Canada.

   Winchell’s were all over Seattle until Dunkin Doughnuts came around. Now they’re both hard to find after many Starbuck’s locations, and a few Krispy Kreames.

    Only one in Washington – Seattle, at 211 NE 45th St.
    None in Texas, or in the East (unless you count Nebraska as “East”).
