   The most dangerous person in the world is a person with a business degree (and I know because I am one). She is about to compare a Chevy Cruze with a Mercedes 560 SL. While there is a market for both, she is about to come to some bad conclusions based on poor market precepts and Gianni about to pay dearly if he doesn’t exercise some common sense. Just my 2 cents…

   Um, I remember reading a few weeks ago that some of Claire’s menu ideas worked, others did not. Did they ever try figuring out what it was about the ones that went over well and do more of that? That might work better for Gianni’s type of place. (I have no business degree.)

   They are on to nothing so far. None of this is applicable. This place probably started small many moons ago and rebuilt on the way up. They should have gone to a more modest place that was operating successfully, if they want a baseline.
