   Looks like Fritzi and Nancy just missed Phil. They were at the shelter serving meals just this last week.

    Back in the Bushmiller era there were bums, tramps and hobos. Today they’re called the homeless. Perhaps someday the politically correct term for such folks will be urban campers, ya think? ☺ (However his possession of a cell phone does lead me to believe he’s a volunteer rather than a resident.)
