    @Gore Bane

    You’re falsely assuming the politicians who created the current mess of a tax code can create a system without protecting their donors. You’re also forgetting that someone still needs to collect the money and go after those who evade.

    @Genome Project

    Illegal use of access to taxpayer records, its a federal felony, up to like 5 years in jail for EACH COUNT, by which count that IRS branch head will still be in jail when we pay off the national debt.

    Flat Tax is what the rich want, does well for them, but bad for us. The less you have the more the Flat Tax will flatten us.

    The articles of impeachment for Nixon filled five volumes and were about stuff Nixon did directly.
    -
    Incidentally, Trent Lott, the Republican senator who led to impeachment prosecution of Clinton, was in the House at the time and voted against impeaching Nixon.
    -
    The whole point of these investigations is not to improve the law, or improve anything. It is solely to try to find something to damage Obama. That has been the objective of the
    Republicans, literally, from the day he was elected.

    Most of us will be hurt because of our economic status. No mention of any “genetic” reasons, that is all in your mind. Best get that fixed if you would.

    GUILTY ?
    If someone commits a crime there are several factors: personal gain? motive? and avoidance of capture?
    Who gains what and why?

    The law does not permit the IRS to defend itself either. Where are their lawyers???

    What a perfect setup for Republicans and too many fools who buy into it like another TVangalist.

    If anarchy is you goal what better way to destroy America?

    @Oscar54

    OSCAR said “All brought to you by Bush appointed administrators Obama didn’t fire.”

    Why should Obama have fired him? He wasn’t a Republican, he was a Democrat. He gave $500 to the DNC in 2004, and his wife gave $2000 (the max) to the John Kerry Presidential Campaign in 2004.

    Shulman donated to DNC in 2004

    Shulman’s wife, registered Democrat, gave $2000 to Kerry
