The articles of impeachment for Nixon filled five volumes and were about stuff Nixon did directly.-Incidentally, Trent Lott, the Republican senator who led to impeachment prosecution of Clinton, was in the House at the time and voted against impeaching Nixon.-The whole point of these investigations is not to improve the law, or improve anything. It is solely to try to find something to damage Obama. That has been the objective of the Republicans, literally, from the day he was elected.

GUILTY ? If someone commits a crime there are several factors: personal gain? motive? and avoidance of capture? Who gains what and why?
The law does not permit the IRS to defend itself either. Where are their lawyers???
