I’d like to see a side-by-side chart of medical costs and federal involvement in medical coverage. I imagine it to be quite enlightening.

If the patient and the doctor truly show no signs of aging over that period……maybe

True cartoon. Also costly procedures seem to be occurring more frequently. Cesarean sections, knee replacements, and spinal fusions, are all interesting examples of the phenomenon.

Why do you think the U.S. has a shortage of primary care givers such as Internists,Family Practitioners, and Pediatricians? Procedural medicine is compensated more than contemplative-thinking medicine. Although Neurosurgeons are sued about 2x a year, compared to an internist, who is sued on average about once every 7 years.

I personally think the neurosurgeons earn every penny, by the way. They think every bit as hard as the internists.
