It takes one to know one; – but don’t worry.
Most of the selfish little snits grow up to be fairly decent people. Lets just just take a look around us folks (and in the mirror): We will see people that used be selfish kids.
All Shannon does is saying out loud what she wants, and that is what every kid her age would want: A pretty bowl like yours!

I mis-read “selfish little snit” as something else and did a double take. No snitting.

re: fruegade
.
It’s true for most generations, but what happens when you have a large group of individuals who, starting in junior high school, are literally taught that they have no responsibilities, but have only rights?
.
I mention that because it was exactly what not only the Feminists, but also many of the churches in the Pacific Northwest taught their GenX female students.
.
As a result, most crashed and burned. Tragedy doesn’t begin to describe it. What a person is taught when they are young really does matter.

IMHO, Luann and Toni would get far better behavior from Shannon if they started treating her with respect and true caring.She is about 4-5 years old and needs more love and tenderness in her life.Kids pick up on the vibes from people who are merely tolerating them and act accordingly.

Oh, lovely…a political talking-point whizzing match on a comic strip message board. You know, a lot of us come here to get a BREAK from that.

@GuiltyBystander
Well said. Save the politics for the editorial strips

Shannon got what she wanted. Luann capitulated for the sake of peace in the house.
