That would be the majority of voters these days.

    More utter nonsense.

My tax withholding is exactly the same as last year.

Social Security contribution went up, a little bit. That would only really be a tax if the r/w channel the funds to the rich rich and I never collect Social Security AS PROMISED.

I support fixing Social Security. If not, give me a full refund.

You think this is a shock? Just wait till next year when the “we have to read it to find out what is in it” Obamacare kicks in. My employer and I have been talking. The estimates he is getting will be about 6 grand an employee. And the kicker is so as not to have it effect that many employees, part timers like me will be limited to 24 hours a week. Add to that the Minimum wage going up and you have a big problem.

Excellent work, Benson. The only inconsistency is that the EBT /obamaphone subjects of TAKER NATION don’t care about tax hikes, jobs or unemployment, they’re on the freeloading side of the equation.

Lord Ears just wrought 3 grand in additional taxes for every middle class family, just the way he said Romney would.

I usually don’t respond to your idiocy, but I have been paying for my own health insurance for 4 years after being laid off, and it is $330 a month which would be far less than $ 6000 a year.

Funny. From the way you complain about it, I thought that YOU were the Robber Baron that would need to fund your wage-slaves health care out of the profits that you so rightfully deserve by sitting back and watching them work.

Based on my most recent paycheck. a $36 increase in Social Security (offset by a $9 decrease in state income tax) would be $700 dollars a year less than last year, gross. Far from $3k.

In a conversation, a friend of mine’s wife who is an accountant stated that their taxes went up over $7000.

It is not a tax hike. It’s letting tax cuts that we didn’t earn expire.

Obamacare provided benefits in 2011 and 2012: refunds, coverage for children between 18 and 26, etc.

Now that the election is over, the taxes have started, beginning with a national sales tax. (Texas has a law that all sales taxes, both National and Texas, must be listed separately; National Law says the tax must be included in the price. The first few days of Jan, Texas firms listed the National Obamacare Sales tax separately, but that’s supposed to have been fixed by now, since Federal Law overrules state law.)

Also, the average increase in FICA is supposed to be about $1,000 over the entire year, but no one should notice until their first Jan paycheck is compared with their last Dec paycheck, either mid-Jan or late Jan, or even early Feb for Texas state employees.

just plug your ears and keep chanting hope change. This economy is going down big time this year and when the tax that is penalty kicks in, another nose dive will hurt the poor the most. mark my words. And Obama now OWNS this. No more but bush bs. This will be Obama’s doing. Taxes have gone up while he was crying about the rich. Obamacare will cause job loss on an even grander scale. It will hit the lowest income workers the hardest.

Sadly the idiocy belongs to those who have not read the Obamacare bill. You will be lucky if you only pay another $6000 a year.

No more so than you care that the government subsidized phone service you refer to as the “obamaphone” was actually created by the Reagan Administration. Keep repeating your lies. There may yet be someone stupid enough to believe them.
