    Just watch a movie set in a prison. It will have loads of Latino actors. But somehow I don’t think that is what you have in mind.

    Talent sells, people go to see talented people. Examples: Jennifer Lopez, Cheech Marin, Robert Rodreguez, Danney Trejo, Rosie Perez. Quit your complaining and start going to see talent.
