    Conversely let the “high information voters” continue to defend a medical system that allows 20-22,000 people to die annually from treatable conditions because they lack the capacity to pay for treatment (seven 9/11s). And accept that 700,000 medical bankruptcies annually is okay. (Harvard Medical School) That’s an incalculable amount of human suffering.
    .
    Here’s an idea: Reclassify the American medical system as a “crime against humanity”. At least the use of poison gas in Syria only killed 1,400.
    .
    How about a non-partisan blue ribbon committee study the best health care systems from around the world and create and implement a system that would truly be the envy of the world?

    I think I see Pelosi on the deck yelling “but this is a job bill”

    The only money the government has to pay for anything is the money it gets through taxation.

    Wow, people getting better health care — I mean ordinary citizens, and maybe leading to a healthier population as a whole.
    .
    What, I ask you, could be more horrifying? (If you’re a Republican/Fox "news viewer)

    Well, maybe if the ACA was an assault rifle manufacturer, then Republicans could give it positive strokes!

    Scrap Obamacare… and replace it with what?

    @ansonia

    Well, my understanding is that the percentage of uninsured Americans has decreased because ‘overage’ dependents have been added back onto their parents’ coverage.

    To me, that’s an improvement. Maybe Fox “news” viewers don’t think so.

    I know that things like thinking and logic are tough for Kool Aid slammin’ lefties, but 3 things Obamacare will do; drastically reduce full time employment, eliminate health care from smaller companies and increase the cost for younger working people.

    Obamacare was just the first step. Hillary has been working on health care reform since she was first lady. She will smash the vast right wing conspiracy holding her back for so long on this and Hillarycare will deliver what Obamacare can’t right now. Scared, GOP? Bwhahahaha!!!!!
