    I see the problem;

    Where is the leadership?
    Congressmen are elected to represent.
    Senators are elected to add balance to Congress.
    The president is elected to lead (or drive in this picture).

    This is the result of 5 years of President Obama leadership.
    It is time for President Obama to lead.
