    I don’t fully get the optics of this cartoon. I can make out it’s a Humvee (I guess), and I can see the spare wheel on the back, but what is that big black thing around it?

    Hagel wanted some straight answers about Iraq when he was in the Senate. That, you know, makes him a leftist.
