    What I find interesting is that the media has been on this story since the weekend. This should convince some people that the media isn’t “liberal”, but corporate.

    But then again…

    You would have an easier time convincing that group that on Christmas day the presents come from the actual Santa Claus

    Yes, and if I don’t pay up, I’ll go to jail for tax evasion! I’m crazy enough to take on Batman, but the I.R.S.? No, thank you!

    This goes right back to the imbecilic Citizens’ United decision. The 501©4 non-profits were supposed to be social welfare organizations, not PACs. Karl Rove pioneered the misuse of 501©4’s as campaign organizations.

    I can sympathize with the man on the couch. He has to prove what he’s NOT worth as to what the IRS says he’s worth. Guilty until proven innocent.

    Yup, folks vocally opposed to the government, and paying ANY taxes draw attention when they seek 4014C tax free status, gee, amazing!

    @mikefive

    I thought he had to prove that he was a welfare organization, not a political one.
